For our client OK Mobility we are looking for motivated Rental Sales Agents (Mobility Advisors) to join their team in Split/Dubrovnik! On this position, you will be responsible for taking care of clients, offering them the best mobility option. If you consider yourself to be a person with developed business skills, organized, flexible, decisive, full of initiative and capable of teamwork, we can't wait to hear from you!

• Welcoming customers and providing personalized customer support
• Advising and guiding customers regarding the range of products, with the highest quality of service, transmitting your knowledge
• Efficiently managing rental contracts ensuring a smooth and simple process
• Driving additional sales by introducing options and enhancements that enrich the customer experience
• Carrying out receptions and checking the returned vehicles, guaranteeing total customer satisfaction

• Great knowledge of the English language
• Driving license (B1) and preferably your own vehicle
• Proactive attitude and desire to be a part of a team
• Focus on the achievement of goals and commercial challenges
• Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service
• Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as digital skills to use our tools
• Technical and functional knowledge of the product
• Orientation to results
