For our client, PARADOX MUSEUM, the most innovative and fastest growing company in the edutainment industry, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Research & Development Engineer to join their team in Zagreb.

• Collaborating with Chief Innovation Officer on assessing new product ideas
• Taking over the translation process from idea to prototype  
• Executing all necessary blueprints and 3D models for prototype production
• Overseeing the prototype production
• Liaising with Design department to ensure aesthetically satisfactory product
• Liaising with Production department to ensure resources for prototyping (workers, materials, timeslots)
• Coordinating with cooperants and Production department for execution of prototype
• Conducting research on suppliers, new materials and accessible products
• Identifying ways to decrease the costs and optimize production

MUST HAVES

• Engineering degree (mechanical, product design, electrical or similar)
• Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering
• Proficiency in SolidWorks software
• Ability to turn concept into a product
• Attention to detail
• Resourcefulness and innovative mind
• Passion and Structure
• Team player
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
• Troubleshooting skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Driver’s license (B category)
