On behalf of our client, multinational company, we are looking for an proactive professional to fill in the following position: Key Account Manager.

Our client products include sanitary ceramic products, ceramic tiles, acrylic bathtubs and shower trays, furniture and accessories.                                                                                                                         

 Job description:

This role is for an experienced sales professional who can build positive customer relationships and achieve sales targets. The Key Account Manager (BSB Area) will be responsible for sales throughout Croatia with the existing and new customers. This is a perfect opportunity for high-profile result-oriented individuals willing to work on dynamic and competitive international market, within an experienced and highly professional team.

Responsibilities:
  • Building long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.
  • Delivering sales campaigns that grow client’s market share and hit sales targets.
  • Regularly visit existing customers to provide them with ongoing support.
  • Effectively facilitating operational challenges between the customers and the factories.
  • Providing regular sales reports and communicating data to the Head of BU, as per the Company’s standard.
  • Driving the development of winning new sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director.
  • Delivering an effective acquisition of new Customers.
  • Preparing and presenting product offerings and sales presentations using agreed templates.
  • Facilitating new Customer onboarding and collaborating with the Customer Helpdesk.
Qualifications:
  • University Degree.
  • 3 years experience in a similar position in Croatia sanitary trade, home improvement or construction industry (selling in a B2B environment).
  • Knowledge and experience of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Experience in successfully managing sales targets - excellent commercial skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials sales channels.
  • Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with Customers (Business Partners).
  • Strong focus on results.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability and interest to continuously learn.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Willingness to frequent business trips in line with the sales job profile.
