On behalf of our client, Volteco, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Technical Sales Manager

Volteco represents a consolidated reality in the world of waterproofing products for construction. They work with passion and determination “on the field” nationally and internationally, for construction companies, through a network of specialized distributors and applicators, collaborating with designers.

Responsibilities

·        Develop and expand sales within the Slovenian territory.

·        Establish and maintain relationships with designers, general contractors, and waterproofing contractors.

·        Promote technical solutions and provide on-site support and inspections.

·        Organize and lead marketing initiatives in the region.

·        Manage projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements

·        Degree in Building Engineering or Architecture.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in technical roles within construction or related industries.

·        Strong technical understanding of construction materials and methods.

·        Proficiency in English (advanced level).

·        Skilled in Office 365 and AutoCAD.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.

·        Willingness to travel within the region.
